Doom Eternal is the full-fledged sequel to the 2016 Doom reboot, which was critically acclaimed and well-received by players for reviving the legendary FPS franchise. In Doom Eternal, the action moves from Mars to new locations, including Earth and various parallel dimensions. The story directly continues the events of the previous game, picking up some time after its conclusion.

Once again, players step into the role of the superhuman Doom Slayer, tasked with stopping the forces of Hell that have invaded Earth and other locations in the Solar System. Throughout the campaign, players will traverse not only the Blue Planet but also Mars, its moon Phobos, and locations in alternate dimensions.

Doom Eternal builds upon the formula of its predecessor, focusing on even faster-paced action.
