Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is an action-adventure game set in the cinematic universe of the Avatar series. The game's events unfold in the 22nd century on Pandora, a moon orbiting one of the gas giants in the Alpha Centauri system. Pandora, rich in a diverse ecosystem and inhabited by the intelligent Na'vi species, becomes the target of Earthly corporations eager to exploit its resources. Leading these efforts is the Resources Development Administration (RDA).

In the game, players take on the role of a Na'vi individual who was abducted by the RDA as a child and trained to serve their purposes. Fifteen years later, after awakening from cryogenic sleep and gaining freedom, the protagonist finds themselves alienated from their own people.
